Notices

1. Moving arrangement
   Those for morning first schedule operation can arrive at the scheduled time; Others for periods such as 10-12 at noon、14-15 in the afternoon can arrive within scheduled time.
2. Parking and elevator
   You need to communicate with the property in advance, coordinate the parking position and the use of the elevator, adjust the elevator to the manual to speed up the handling and reduce the risk of goods’  loss.
3. Exit pass
   Some property asks issuing of exit pass while any item is moving out of gate. You need to go through the formalities in advance to the Property Office.
4. Notes for Carrying
   Because each of your belongings、handling environment are different, at the time of our handling, you need to arrange the appropriate personnel to do coordination、taking care of your belongings, particularly to pay attention to the elevator room, aisle and other public area to prevent any loss from happening.
5. Escorting
   Due to traffic regulations, we can only provide you with 1 seat （co-driver）, to ensure the safety of goods, you can arrange personnel taking care of the goods in the carriage. But to avoid accidents, do not let old, weak, sick, pregnant and young coming with the vehicle.
