Preperation

  1. Presending packaging materials
    Labels, file boxes, computer boxes, fillers, sealing materials will be sent to the designated location in advance; client staff put their items into the corresponding carton and labels them.
  2. Arrange documents and valuables
    All the materials in cabinets  are setteled together in advance and put in the turnover box; The fragile article need to be wrapped first with packing material QS provided before being put into cartons; All the keys on the furniture need to be pulled out in advance. 
  3. Equipment checking
    Unplug all kinds of facilities and equipment, power supply, connecting lines.
  4. Client staff
    In order to improve the moving efficiency and safety, 1-2 client staff in charge of the relocation can stay behind, while others are to leave as far as possible.
  5. Moving route
    Prior to handling, office area plan at origin and destination need to be provided, both sides jointly to determine the walk route in the office and the goods’ location.
  6. Coordination with property
    To communicate with the property in advance for the time of lift using, truck in and out permission, reserved truck parking spaces and transport passage.

  3. Moving project manager is responsible for ensuring each item has got a number,  and be recorded
  4. Goods loading, inventory counting, vehicle door locking and sealing

  6. Check the seal after the vehicle arrives at the destination
  7. Check again while unloading at destination, moving goods to the corresponding area, department, position in the new office
  8. After the completion of the moving, clean up the site before getting the service  receipt
